What is collected
Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, interests, book format, organization, inquiry details, contact permission, and submission information. The book-interest form collects first and last name, email address, and phone number. Text permission is a separate, optional choice.
How it is used
Community signups are for the updates you select. Speaking and podcast information is used to respond to your request. Those inquiries do not subscribe you to community emails unless you separately choose that option. Book-interest requests are for the selected edition’s purchase link. We use email and, only if you choose it, a text update when that edition becomes available. The audiobook and signed special edition have separate later-availability interest lists.
Where it is handled
Forms on this website are processed by Squarespace. Authorized site administrators can review submissions. If email notifications are enabled, the designated site administrator also receives the form details by email. Any future Mailchimp connection will follow the choices you make on the form.
Your choices
To request a correction, removal, or unsubscribe, email drchelsea@lifecycledpc.com. Inquiries do not confirm a booking, and book-interest forms do not collect payments.
