Dr. Chelsea Mooreland
Board-certified family medicine physician. Founder of Life Cycle Direct Primary Care. Known as The Community Doctor.
Her advocacy connects the well-being of Black physicians with the health of the communities they serve. Through Life Cycle Beyond, she extends virtual care to Ohio, Michigan, Florida, and Georgia.
She lives in the Columbus area with her husband and their five sons. Her faith grounds her commitment to service.
