Prenatal

  • $220/m for non-members

  • Our prenatal package includes a dating ultrasound, antepartum surveillance, and postpartum follow up visit.

  • When needed, we coordinate your care with specialists to ensure a unified care plan.

  • Couplet care visit for mother and newborn in the first week postpartum.


Primary care membership includes medication assisted treatment of addiction  (MATA) and prenatal care.

*Save $30/month on child memberships when enrolled with adult.

**Save $50/month with verification of active college enrollment.


Enrollment Fee:

First time enrollment:

  • $100 per family if enrolled at the same time.

  • Family enrollment fee covers up to 2 adults and unlimited children

  • An additional $50 per adult will if assessed if more than 2 adults on the membership.

Re-enrollment:

  • Cancel your membership anytime

  • If you choose to discontinue membership at any point, you are eligible to re-enroll one time only for $200 per family.

    *Membership does NOT constitute insurance. We recommend all uninsured patients obtain a minimum of catastrophic coverage.
